Cats

For up to 2 cats with a 30 minutes visit.
Extended visits over blocks of 7 days are also available.

Dogs

For up to 2 dogs with a 45 minutes visit. Extended visits over blocks of 7 days are also available.

Horses

Individually priced based on requirements but generally 45 minute visits including some grooming.

Rabits & Hamsters

For up to 3 pets with a 30 minutes visit.
Extended visits over blocks of 7 days are also available.

Reptiles

Individually priced based on type of reptile, with a 30 minutes visit.
Extended visits available.

Small Furry Friends

For up to 3 pets with a 30 minutes visit.
Extended visits over blocks of 7 days are also available.

PAYMENT TERMS & ADDITIONAL NOTES:
A 25% surcharge applies to services provided on Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
Services on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day are charged at double rate.
If your pet has any specialist medical or behavioural needs, please inform us in advance—we're happy to discuss how we can accommodate them as part of your booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the start of the booking.
Upon confirmation, you will receive a short care form to complete about your pet’s routine, as well as two documents to sign:
- Pet Care Directive, which authorises emergency veterinary care if required.
- Service Agreement, outlining the dates of care, services booked, and total cost.
